Carrie Lynn, is a writer living in the PNW.
Her present writing style is memoir.
She has published two books, and more than a dozen articles in local and national magazines, including pieces in Vancouver Family magazine and Victoria magazine.
To date her books, cover her autistic son’s childhood development, and the friends that supported him, in Good Night, Mitch.
The second book, is a detective style memoir, into the inspiration and background experiences of a favorite 1970’s bestselling YA author, John Dennis Fitzgerald, in Finding Fitzgerald.
Beyond writing, Carrie is a national and world traveler.
She spent six years co-coordinating WHO St. Andrew, a local volunteer-led winter overnight shelter for the homeless in Clark County.
Presently, she divides her time between Vancouver, and California where she is supporting a father with dementia.
Her upcoming projects are Journaling for Joy classes at Clark College, and writing her grandmother’s orphan life story.
