August 17, 2024 marks the date for our second NW Book Fun in the Sun event. Last year 24 authors participated and of course we hope to have even more this year!
Covington Historic House has a long tradition of being a community center for social and educational purposes. This event hits both boxes while offering a great opportunity to learn more about Vancouver’s early social and educational beginnings.
For those who start their Holiday Shopping in the summer this is a great opportunity to purchase a local book, get it signed and have plenty of time to wrap it for gift giving. And of course book gifting is something that can be done for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, start of the school year, and simply to share as a “I’m thinking of you” gift.
